In Bila Tserkva, the AgroWarm Innovations heat generator has been operating successfully for the second full season. According to the agricultural enterprise staff, in two years of operation there were no serious issues — only a one-time software adjustment, after which the equipment has been working flawlessly.
«It works very well, we like it. Compared to the previous boiler — it’s like heaven and earth», notes the operator of the enterprise, which processes soy and provides grain drying services.
The heat generator is used on a conveyor-type grain dryer, and the temperature remains stable without the need for constant monitoring. “You set it once — and that’s it. Day or night, it works the same,” the workers explain.
The transition from wood chips to pellets turned out to be both economically beneficial and technically effective. Previously, chip consumption reached 94 m³ in three days, while now only 9 tons of pellets are needed. Despite this, the heat generator can dry up to 240 tons of corn per day, reducing moisture from 24% to 14%.
«Working with pellets is much easier — stable temperature, lower costs, and almost no maintenance. We launch the unit and can leave it for three days», the workers add.
The farmers’ feedback from Bila Tserkva once again confirms: AgroWarm Innovations heat generators are not only about energy saving but also about comfort, stability, and confidence in results.
