In the Poltava region, in the village of Dekabristiv in the Myrhorod district, the state research farm «Dekabristiv» has modernized its grain drying complex by installing a heat generator produced in Ukraine by AgroWarm.

The enterprise is engaged in livestock farming, cultivation and preparation of feed — including corn, which requires drying before storage and processing. Previously, the dryer operated on natural gas, but due to pressure fluctuations and the complicated permit system, the farm decided to switch to an alternative fuel — wood pellets.

«When we had a gas dryer, there were constant problems: pressure dropped, the dryer shut down. Every year we had to prepare piles of documents, submit reports, and gas cost 35–40 hryvnias per cubic meter. Now we are independent — if we want to turn it on, we turn it on; if we want to turn it off, we turn it off», says the chief engineer of the farm.

The new equipment was installed by AgroWarm specialists, who adapted the system to the existing dryer and trained the staff.

«The team’s approach is professional. They arrived, took all measurements, prepared a project, and completed installation. The welding seams look like factory work — clean, neat, flawless», the engineer adds.

The first test launch was successful. Representatives of the enterprise note the simplicity of operation, stable cooling system performance, and reliability of Ukrainian equipment.
