In the village of Frontivka, Vinnytsia region, agricultural entrepreneur Oleksandr shared his experience of switching from gas drying to an AgroWarm Innovations heat generator that runs on wood pellets.

The dryer, purchased in 2023, previously operated on liquefied gas, but the farmer decided to modernize the system:

«I calculated the cost of gas and realized — in 3-5 seasons the pellet heat generator will completely pay for itself», Oleksandr says.

Main advantages highlighted by the farmer:

• Fuel: the flame does not touch the walls, so the equipment does not burn out.
• Automation: the temperature is set through the computer, and the dryer shuts off automatically when the target level is reached.

• Economy: consumption is only 2 kg of pellets per 1% moisture per ton of grain.

«We don’t feel any difference between gas and pellets, except for one minute of ignition. You light it once — and it works for a whole day!», the farm owner shares.

The farmer also installed a system of load cells, augers for automatic feeding, and a convenient grain unloading system. His experience shows that Ukrainian solutions can be technological, economical, and durable.
