The company AgroWarm Innovations is a division of a Ukrainian thermal engineering company with 20 years of experience in designing and manufacturing heat generators and thermal equipment of various designs and capacities.

Extended advantages of our equipment:

  1. Unique burner with a "fuel map". Electronic control regulates fuel and air feed according to operating power; the system is optimized for wood pellets, providing stable combustion, lower CO emissions, and high efficiency.
  2. Non-inertial and safe operation. The burner always contains only ≈5 kg of fuel — ensuring fast responses and eliminating overheating risks.
  3. Automatic temperature maintenance of the drying agent. Output temperature is controlled automatically with ±3 °C accuracy within the 40–160 °C range in 1 °C increments — regardless of daily outdoor fluctuations.
  4. Fast transition to cooling. From 120 °C to ambient temperature in 2–3 minutes — without operator intervention; critically important for batch grain dryers.
  5. High mixer throughput. Up to 70 000 m³/h for stable supply of clean heated air.
  6. Clean drying agent. 90% atmospheric air + 10% high-temperature gases — minimal impurities and uniform heating.
  7. No smoke or odor in dried products. High environmental performance and stable quality.
  8. Wide power range. One product line supports mobile, modular, conveyor, and tower grain dryers.
  9. Fast start. Reaching the operator-set drying temperature in 5–10 minutes (depending on the dryer).
  10. Materials and safety. Heat-resistant materials and a well-designed safety system ensure long service life of all components.
  11. Low fuel consumption. On average per season: 2 kg of wood pellets per 1 t·% moisture.
  12. Minimal maintenance. Burner cleaning approximately once every 4 days, volume 3–4 kg per 1 t of fuel.
  13. Large fuel bunker. Capacity of 5.6 m³ or ≈3 t of pellets — long autonomous operation.
  14. Compact installation. Installation area ≈8 m². Dimensions: Height ~6.5 m, Width ~2 m, Length ~4 m.
